i used “Betty Crocker” Milk chocolate cake mix.
Directions:
Bake the cake mix according to the package directions. . take it out & Let it cool completely , then make a
round hole in the middle.
Now, fill the hole with 1 liter vanilla ice-cream
just like that !
Cover the ice-cream with the left-over cake crumbs, then keep it the freezer while you prepare the ganache
For the ganache you will need : 1 KDD whipping cream and 6 galaxy bars, chop the galaxy and put it in the microwave “0.30 seconds” only or it will burn !
Heat heavy cream on medium high until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately pour cream
over chocolate and stir until completely mixed and glossy
Pour the ganache over the cake , then put it in the freezer again for 2-3 hours
